All products may be returned for a full refund of purchase price within 30 days of purchase. All open and unopened products in that order must be shipped back to Nature's Perfect Secret at customers expense. A "Return Authorization Number" (RA#) must be obtained from Natures Perfect Secret prior to returning the products.  Just email us and we will provide the RA#.  All returned merchandise must be insured to cover the value of the product by the customer with delivery confirmation.  Please pack the product carefully - because any product damaged during return shipping (Example: broken , dented,  or leaking) will not be credited.  Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the properly returned products that are referenced with a RA# and a copy of the original receipt. Your original purchase price and shipping cost will be refunded.
